In Stock Inventory Products (Pre Decorated): Orders will ship within 24 business hours excluding holidays and weekends. This does not include transit time.

Special Order Products (Decorated per Order): Orders generally will ship within 12-15 business days excluding holidays and weekends, unless otherwise specified. This does not include transit time.


Transit times are dependent on where the product is shipping from however, standard transit times range 1 – 6 business days.


We are confident that you will be satisfied with your product and service quality. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that your product has proven to be defective or damaged, you can return the product for refund or replacement. Defective or damaged product must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Once contacted, we will provide via email a prepaid return UPS label and return authorization number to return your product. Returns will not be accepted without the return UPS label and/or return authorization number. Please return your product in its original form and packaging.

Once a return is received, we will process your refund or replacement order immediately.

Any apparel customized, decorated, washed or otherwise not in its original, non-decorated condition will not be accepted for return. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy of style, color, size and quantity prior to embellishment. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 30 days of shipment, including shipping issues and defective merchandise.
